Changes to Delivery Procedure
Message from the Post Office and Parcel Force.
In order to protect both our staff and customers as much as possible, we will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture electronic signatures. Instead, our drivers will log the first and last name of the person accepting the item and will record the geolocation of the delivery. This will apply to all deliveries that normally require a signature.
If customers are unable to come to the door, they will post a contact card in the normal way, advising of other ways they can arrange to get their items.
All our orders are boxed and gift wrapped in stylish JULEO JEWELLERY branded packaging and delivered via courier with a signature required upon receipt.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.95, which will arrive within 3-4 working days. Orders over £50 are free.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £7.50, orders made before 1pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm or on a Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
We regret that at the present due to timings and costs, we only deliver to the United Kingdom mainland. However, if you live outside of the United Kingdom and desire some of our products, please call +44 1732 920077 and we will be happy to ship your chosen pieces, if possible.
SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY
All our orders will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If no one is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address, our courier will leave a card and telephone number for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order, our courier will not be able to leave your order ‘in a safe place’ at the address.
The purchaser has a statutory right to return their order and receive a full refund on any online purchase with the exception of earrings, which may not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
To receive a refund, the purchaser must return the goods with the original receipt together with written confirmation of the reason for return within 30 days of purchase.
The return of goods will be permitted, however, providing the goods are returned in pristine condition for resale with their original packaging, complete with all labelling, any accessories, manuals or other documentation.
PLEASE NOTE EXCEPTIONS:
• We do not accept returns on sale items
• Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
We regret that postage and packaging charges are non-refundable unless goods received are faulty or have been received in error.
